200 Hour Yoga Self Development + YTT (2024)

OVERVIEW

Students will complete the program with knowledge and practice of:

~Yogic ways of living for a healthy mind and body

~How energy works and moves through us

~The art and science of breathing

~Comprehensive understanding of different Yogic philosophies and key scriptures

~Mind management techniques such as concentration, meditation and mantra

~Yoga’s cultural history, roots, basic Sanskrit terms and how to avoid cultural misappropriation

~Accessible Asana (postures) their history, including many modifications, safety precautions and functional anatomy and physiology



DATES

Next Session: September 2024 - February 2025

HIGHLIGHTS

For the duration of the program, students will receive free access to the Virtual Class Library - a value of $180

Class size will be small

You don't need to be physically able to "perform" any Asana poses and it doesn't matter if you have health issues - you start the practice from where you're at

Option to attend a portion of the training virtually, including some Saturdays

Continued mentorship once the program is completed
