If you've been longing to start a meditation practice, or return to one that feels more meaningful, this gentle 10-day journey is for you. Together, we’ll let go of the pressure, the perfectionism, and the myths around “doing it right,” and instead drop into a space of presence, breath, and inner listening.

Each day we’ll explore a simple thread that weaves together body, mind, and breath. We’ll begin slowly, just five minutes a day in the quiet of morning, and gradually extend our time in stillness, building a practice that honors where you are right now.

This is not about escaping life. It’s about learning how to meet it fully. Through breath awareness, gentle observation, and simple mindfulness practices, we’ll reconnect with the body, calm the mind, and reawaken the sacred within.
