Yoga of Emotional Health

Yoga for emotional health is a 5 week 15 hour series starting September 14. We will explore emotional health via Asanas, Quigong, trigger points, marma points, self massage, stillness practices, self massage techniques , weekly reading and self exploratory assignments. Each week will focus on one of the 5 elements, their associated meridians, organs and impacted emotions. This course can be done in studio or on line via zoom.
