Horse To Heart Equine Yoga Facilitation Training
Find Her Peace offers a trauma-informed Horse to Heart Equine-Led Yoga Facilitator Training, which is an equine yoga certification for women ready to deepen their mind-body skills, build meaningful connections, grow professionally, and experience horse-guided healing.
Horse To Heart Equine Yoga is about deeply understanding the core mind-body and spiritual skills within the eight-limb yoga framework, and intuitively applying them depending on the needs of students, ourselves, and our equine partners — creating an interconnected, trauma-informed, mutually aligned experience of agency, healing, and growth..
It is a path of mutual partnership, respect, and autonomy – where together, women and horse become one, to explore the profound personal and professional benefits of the evidence-based yoga, mind-body healing, and equine wellness. It's a journey that starts with an exploration into restructuring how we see yoga, and the equine relationship.
This transformative experience will be available in- person to a small number of people and hosted at our secluded equine wellness farm near London Ontario, Canada,.
2026 applications are now open to join the waiting list.
All details will be provided upon application. (Apply on our website.)
For existing yoga teachers, this training qualifies for 30 Continuing Education Hours through the Canadian Yoga Alliance. For others, it can be a standalone certification that empowers your professional or personal goals.
(Participants should own their own horse(s) or have access to a horse in order to practice throughout training, and practicum)
