Yoga Studies - the Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra
Sanskrit studies to the individual level, philosophy, meditation, mantra... Practice and application of the studied portion of the text.
Morning alignment-based āsana practice is included.
Location: Sun&Moon Yoga School, A-457 Lakeshore Dr, Dorval, H9S 2A9
Dates: Saturdays 9:00am-1:30pm on September 21, October 5 and 26, November 9 and 23, December 7 2024.
Fee: $195 (taxes included).
