Chair Yoga is a gentle style of yoga that can be performed from both seated and standing positions while also incorporating the breathing and mind-body benefits of a traditional yoga class. This methodology is suitable for anyone confined to long hours of sitting as well as those with mobility issues.

Also explored will be the variety of ways that walls, blocks, bolsters and straps can be used for finding support, stability and longevity within a yoga pose.
