RYT200 Training, West Toronto/Zoom, 2024-25

Submitted by Mindful Living Yoga on August 29, 2024@11:49:AM

Mindful Living Yoga School offerings integrate the wisdom from traditional practices such as yoga, qigong, and mindfulness into accessible tools. Mindful movement, meditation and breathwork nurture the mind-body connection; inspire personal wellness; and anchor self to the present as the agent of intention. Our Yoga Training program will inspire teachers to expand their ways of knowing through inward gazing, facilitated by a strong relationship with the practice of yoga.
