200 Hour Teacher Training starting September 2018

If you are passionate about yoga and would like to gain a deeper insight into yourself, your body, yoga techniques and yogic philosophy then this is a wonderful opportunity for you. If you want to become a yoga teacher this program will help you build the knowledge, skills and confidence to share yoga with others. Whether you are ready to commit to becoming a teacher or not, this is a transformational journey to grow, heal, learn and practice skills to live an authentic life.

Yoga Asana (postures) and Pranayama (breathing techniques) training & practice
Yoga Methodology inspired by the teachings of Kripalu and Krishnamacharya
Hands on Assisting
Art of Relaxation
Anatomy & Physiology
Study of Yoga Sutras and Philosophy
Sanskrit & Chanting (Kirtan)
Mindfulness Meditation
Graduation Ceremony
8 weekends of training and 1 weekly yoga class
Optional 4 day trip to Kripalu Yoga and Health Centre

Attend Several Friday night class from February to June 2019 for Practice Teach Classes (dates TBA)

Kripalu Trip (optional) May 23-26
Kripalu is the largest yoga-based retreat centre in North America offering daily Kripalu yoga classes, natural-foods cuisine, Healing Arts, hiking trails, sauna, like-minded people, and extraordinary views—all in the natural beauty of the Berkshires of western Massachusetts.

COST: $3,000 plus HST
– includes manual
– includes 30 Yoga classes with Nienke

Monthly payments accepted
$390 deposit required when register
