The first workshop on offer is Mindful Daily Living. The 8 limbs of yoga will guide our learning and sharing, including: meditation, breath, concentration, gentle yoga postures, inward gazing, outward living, self-care, and blissful presence.

1 Full Day Workshop is $80 (7 hours)
200HR course $1250 (payment can be made in installments)
