Immersive Yoga Studies - YTT Program starting this February 2024!
This program is for anyone who wants to expand on their knowledge of Yoga, if you are considering teaching or just have a desire to deepen your practice.

The full program is run as a series of modules over the course of 2 years, with the ability to join in at any point before a module begins. Option for those simply wishing to deepen their understanding of Yoga (and not necessarily teach) to participate in any module of interest to you.

Registration now open for first module: "Understanding Asana" (36 hr) starting February 12th, 2024.
