In this workshop, Jaya, who has attended Ayurveda Retreat in India, will be sharing her knowledge and experience with Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga, and how to set a routine to keep us healthy and balanced through the season r by using lifestyle practices, nutrition, yoga, gem stones, essential oils and colour to heal imbalances that may be causing discomfort, pain, illness and dis-ease in your mind and body.
