Suspension Yoga Teacher Training & Certification

Participants will learn the fundamentals of OmGym® Training, including set-up and use for Suspension Yoga. This course outlines both grounded and aerial exercises with multi-dimensional variations and grading principles. Strong emphasis is placed on integration of proper form, support, stabilization, and safety throughout the duration of each exercise.

Adding an OmGym® Suspension Certification to your list of qualifications will enhance your professional recognition for being educated about leading training strategies. When effectively integrated into a full exercise regimen, the playful techniques and remarkable results are reported to increase client loyalty and training consistency, along with the value of your professional instruction.

COURSE SCHEDULE
The OmGym® Suspension Yoga Teacher Training Program is a 4 day, 36 hour course, with full color instructional manual included. The course is open to anyone but due to space restrictions preference will be given to certified yoga or fitness professionals.

Day 1: 10am-7pm
Introduction to OmGym Suspension Yoga - History, Equipment Overview & Set Up, Theory, Safety, Asana Effects, Wraps, Inversions & Benefits

Day 2 & 3: 10am-7pm
Suspension Yoga Asana Analysis - covering all aspects and applications of yoga poses from basic to advanced on the ground and suspended.

Day 4: 10am-7pm
Master Class - various approaches to sequencing, review of Suspension Basics and Therapies, 30 minutes of teaching a sample class followed by critique. Learn about the marketing model and business opportunities with OmGym International.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required upon registration and the balance is due no later than 14 days prior to course commencement or registrant risks losing their spot.
