Expanding Your Vision with Backbends
Learn how to practice and teach safe backbends that open us to life and clear the wisdom pathway between belly, heart and head. These 3 hours qualify as CEU's for your Yoga Alliance registrations.
Participants will explore the complementary principles of strength and length and the role of the breath, a supple spine and strong core in safe and healthy back bending.
