Benders Yoga is passionate about teaching people how to teach yoga safely by learning about human biomechanics and how the practice needs to honour the natural design of the human form.
Benders is committed to offering YTT participants a well-rounded experience of yoga that includes asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, ayurveda, anatomy and practice teaching.

Pranayama: 5.5 Contact Hours
Energy Systems: 11 Contact Hours
Energy Bodies: 12 Contact Hours
Yoga Philosophy: 35 Contact Hours
Teaching Methodology: 26 Contact Hours
Practice Teaching: 10.5 Contact Hours
Meditation: 13 Contact Hours
In addition to the Contact Hours noted above, students are required to complete 3 Home Assignments. The average time required to complete each assignment is approximately 10 hours.
