Spirit tree yoga is located in Cornwall Ontario along the beautiful St. Lawrence River. Our studio is tucked inside the beautiful renovated historic Cotton Mill with its wood floors and beams.
Connect to Spirit is a wholistic approach to teaching yoga with focus on our spiritual connection to Yoga, the Universe and ourselves. Our instructors are knowledgeable in both the physical and spiritual practice; learn to meditate; a full grounding in the anatomy of yoga with a certified Massage Therapist.
