Yoga Training ~ Hands on Assists
Hands on assist allow you to help students safely align and go deeper into an asana.
This workshop will enhance you skill to propperly assist other into postures at all skill levels.
Anastasia Love has been teaching for 20 years and has a special gift for assists and modifications.
Must be a Certified Yoga Teacher to Participate.
