I completed a comprehensive training in Pranayama, Bandhas, and Meditation.
This course gave me a profound understanding of the breath as a tool to balance body and mind, calm the nervous system, and awaken vital energy.

I explored a wide range of techniques (Ujjayi, Kapalbhati, Bhastrika, Nadi Shodhana, and more), along with Bandhas, breath retentions, meditation, and deep relaxation practices.

What I carry forward as a teacher:

A deeper awareness of how breath influences emotions and mental states

Practical tools to increase focus, energy, and inner stability

Transformative practices I can share with my students to enrich their yoga journey and daily lives
