Discussed creating a training manual for healthy aging, chair yoga and other accessible styles.
Self publishing, course creation, expansion.
Touched based regarding Covid protocol and potential for in person and zoom courses and classes.
School district/children's program is no longer being offered due to SD42 having expectations that instructors and Julia work for free and provide free resources.
Meeting was to "get back on track" in regards to continuing my education with Free Spirit (300 hr)
