29:50 Beth Spindler leads us through a meditation preparation to warm up the body and prepare for seated meditation. Humming is added to feel sounds in the body and help nadis open to higher vibrations. After ten minutes focus drops internally and eyes close. Same length inhalations and exhalations. Breath is easy and effortless.

This is a beautiful and rich meditation for everyone and offers love and kindness to ourselves, loved ones, difficult people in our lives and the whole world. 2/10/21
