Yoga for SI Joints with Sarah Garden
The SI joint can be a very sensitive area.Sarah Garden offered many pelvic floor releases with a blanket and small ball using movement and breath. She demonstrated using exhales to help release a tender SI joint and has worked with many pregnant clients with lower back issues and strain. Pelvic rocking, figure four on a chair, on floor locust pose can help create cross stability for the SI joint.
