A Trip Around the Hips
Christina Sell used complementary opposites to fire up the shins holding a block between the lower legs. The block is a strengthening and stabilizing element to help our poses. I really liked her downward dog lunge and will do this with my own classes. It is similar to dragon pose and goes deeply into the hip. Her sequencing was well thought out with inclusion of many details for the toes and outer edges of the feet.
