This Online 40 Hour Yin Teacher Training comes from a place of deep love and passion for the practice of Yin Yoga. This still, quiet and introspective practice has completely transformed my yoga practice and positively impacted all areas of my life.

The Yin Yoga teachings that I will be offering are based on my yoga studies and the teaching methods of my gifted teachers, Paul Grilley and Suzee Grilley, and my yoga studies with my other gifted teachers.

This 40 Hour Online Yin Yoga Training Program is designed for both yoga teachers and yoga students. For yoga teachers, you will develop a strong foundation of the principles and theory of Yin Yoga and deeper understanding on how to teach Yin Yoga to others. It will also deepen and enhance your own personal Yin Yoga practice. For yoga students, this training is a great way to broaden your understanding of Yin Yoga, and it will continue to enrich your own experience and relationship with yin and yourself into the future.

The purpose of the yoga teachings offered is to support your continued personal growth and development as well as expand and transform your knowledge and understanding of yoga.

Delivery Method of Teaching:

Online Teaching via Zoom – 30 Hours
Attendance or Self-Practice Yin Yoga Classes – 8 Hours
Homework – 2 Hours

Full Payment of $850.00 plus HST
Initial Deposit of $200.00 to secure spot once application approved (non-refundable)
Final Balance Due October 1st, 2020

Full Payment of $750.00 plus HST by no later than September 15th, 2020

Note: Cost of Attendance for the 8 Yin Yoga Classes is not included in the cost of the training.
