These online gentle Classical Hatha Yoga classes include; asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), pratyahara (inner reflection), dharana (concentration) and dhyana (meditation) to decompress from the stress and reconnect with yourself from the comfort of your home.

We are excited to be offering these 90 minute online classes Every Wednesday and Sunday through the fall

Sunday 9 - 10 am EST

This is a perfect time to start yoga and get back into a healthy routine for your body, mind and soul.

Classical Hatha Yoga is a traditional yoga practice passed down from a long line of Enlightened masters from India.
All levels and all countries are welcome!
