Mindful Movements and Meditation

Join us in person for a seated mindful movement and 20 - 30 minute silent meditation class, sitting in chairs in the shade, feeling the breeze, close to the water where you can hear the water rolling in on the shore, connecting with nature.

Every Tuesday 10:00 - 11:00 am

Take some time to connect the mind with the body through mindful movement, breathing and meditation from the comfort of a chair while overlooking the lake in Port Colborne, Ontario.

Pre-payment and registration is required.
