I have been activally involved with many practices including yin . Ashtanga. Hatha. Pre natal . Mom and baby. Acro . Pranayama. Meditation. Paddleboard yoga i love going to yoga festivals always so much to learn and I've dove into the opposite of yoga . Tantra so I have a complete view of what there is to offer every individual.
