About Me

Laura Deimling is a Registered RYT-500 yoga teacher. She is affiliated with both the Yoga Alliance and the Canadian Yoga Alliance, which acknowledge the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

Laura teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Partner Yoga and has been practicing yoga for over 25 years as a part of her day-to-day life with various instructors as well as for a year in Chai-Yi, Taiwan. She started Aurora Life Sports as a small, family run and operated, giveback mechanism to support and promote movement and expressive connection in everyday habits.

She also holds a certification pole fitness, and Standard First Aid – CPR C – AED. She is an independent, passionate sports enthusiast who has gone from rock climbing, whitewater rafting /kayaking and Ironman racing, to being a dedicated support pilar to her active family.
