I am a lover of life, people, animals and mother earth!
I have been teaching fitness and wellness for almost 30 years. It is my passion to teach others to live a healthy, happy and active life. I can meet you where you are at and help you get to where you want to be! I believe mental health and social health are every bit as important and even more so than physical health. Finding harmony within oneself brings harmony into the world.
