About Me

I also have a Psychiatric Nursing diploma, but I have changed my career path and am now a full-time mom to a 20-month-old little girl and dedicated to embracing a yoga lifestyle. I still remain a strong advocate for the prevention of mental health issues but I also love that yoga encompasses the mind, body, social and spiritual connection. I am currently registered in a Pre-natal class as well as a yoga injury prevention class. I strive to be knowledgeable in what I teach. I am drawn to the beauty and philosophy of yoga and enjoy sharing it with others.
