About Me
I have been practicing yoga for a number of years and I want to teach other people the value of having yoga in their lives. I have been in the corporate world for many years and yoga has changed my goals and prospective on life.
About My Service
My yoga studio is called Inner Devotion Yoga and it is located in Lakefield. Ontario. I believe in the philosophy of yoga and I also believe in having fun. I teach flow classes that are challenging and rewarding for my students. I like to laugh and create a welcoming environment for yogis of all levels. I also have Lakeside Retreats at my home on Lower Buckhorn Lake. It's a day retreat with lots of yoga and great food along with swimming and relaxing by the lake.
