About Me

I am a mom to two aspiring yoga girls and I have 7 rescue cats. I was drawn to yoga in a time of great stress and sorrow and it has helped to heal my soul and bring me a sense of calm and positivity. I hope to share that with others through my teaching.

About My Service

I will be offering Nature Yoga in outdoor settings as well as children's yoga in classroom and outdoors. In the future I would also like to offer yoga with cats and donate partial proceeds from classes to local animal rescue groups.
