About Me

I am a strong believer that each and every person can create change and make a difference in this world, which is what I strive to do. I also do my best to create connection and build community through my interactions. I am an advocate for Mental Health as well where through sharing my own story and experience I hope to normalize and help end the stigma associated with Mental Illness. Just starting out as a Yoga Teacher I am excited to tie all of these together and do what I have always wanted to do, which is to help, inspire and encourage others. Namaste.
