Orlena Cain, is a dynamic and accomplished entrepreneur, made her mark in 2004 with Sugarcain Entertainment, a pioneering online magazine in Canada. With interviews of top music artists, actors, and models, she gained a large readership of over 200,000 people and a dedicated team of 25 female journalists.
Her media journey thrived as an on-air television host for the Shopping Channel, collaborating with celebrities to promote products. Transitioning to radio, she spent over two decades as a broadcaster, including thirteen years with one of the top south-eastern radio stations, captivating audiences with her effervescent personality and humor.
For more than twenty years, Orlena has always been passionate about supporting small businesses, charities, and showcasing local enterprises through live broadcasts and online influence.
In 2017, she set out on a transformative path of self-healing, and her courage led her to publish two candid memoirs. Through her heartfelt writings, she became a beacon of inspiration, urging others to embrace healing and self-love even in the midst of their own traumas. Her passion for literature shines brightly in her narration of more than a hundred and fifty audiobooks, showcasing her deep love for the art of storytelling.
Orlena's dedication to personal balance and health led her to become a certified Registered Yoga Teacher and has taught in Ontario, British Columbia and Europe.
Beyond her media achievements, Orlena established herself as a bi-coastal artist, model, and yoga instructor, embracing her love for Vancouver's beachfront lifestyle and the rich culture of Italy, where she’s currently learning the language to fully immerse herself in the country.
