About Me

I have been practicing yoga for the past 15 (ish) years. I have recently completed my 500 hour teaching program at Healing Movements Yoga Centre in Surrey, BC. My mother has been a yoga instructor for the past 10 years and had inspired me to follow in her footsteps. I live in Coquitlam, BC with my husband and 2 fur babies.
