About Me

I have been practicing yoga for 23 years. I decided with my retirement around the corner that I would become a Yoga Teacher. I also teach art. I am excited to take both these forms of art and teach them after I retire. Even taking the yoga into woman’s/youth shelters where there are little to no opportunities for the woman to access yoga in the community .. cost being one of the drawbacks.
