About Me

I am a 55 year old financial planner .. My body was starting to break down .chronic back pain. Started taking yoga and started seeing the benefits very quickly.. I soon realized the many benefits of yoga — health mental ,lifestyle...
I want to age gracefully and want to continue on my journey of learning more about yoga..this is something my wife and I are doing together as well!
My intent is to continue on this journey till I am no more.
