About Me

In my previous life, before having children, I was a physiotherapist and a traveller as well as living overseas for 10 years. I enjoy exploring and following the road less travelled. I have found yoga in the more recent years and it has brought a wonderful sense of balance to my life. I am looking forward to continuing to deepen my practice and hope to start teaching soon.
