About Me

I love yoga and have a daily practice. I want to be able to offer yoga to populations of people who may not have access to studios. I care about people and want to facilitate yoga classes and meditation to help people lead better lives.

About My Service

I will be teaching yoga at the Ottawa-Carleton Detention Center. I will also teach in my home and may be a substitute teacher at studios in Ottawa.
I have done some of my 300-hour training including Yoga for Children (16 hours) and chair yoga/yoga for seniors (16 hours) and a 32 hour anatomy/movement course from the 300 hours training offer.
