About Me

I've been an ECE teacher for the past 30 years. Currently working within a school for the past 10 years. I've been practicing yoga for a least 5 years for my personal benefits and know what it can do to the body and mind. A few years back I was incorporating yoga in the classroom and noticed a change in kids and they were doing it at home. I took my course and will be exploring the idea to offering it to other schools.

About My Service

My current teachings are within my school JK SK class. I will also be teaching one evening per week a child yoga class starting in May.
