About My Service

200 Hour YTT
This training will develop the tools and the knowledge required to become a certified yoga teacher. It offers the opportunity to be immersed in a traditional side of yoga, providing a higher standard of education beyond just certification and strength of personal practice.
This training will include modules on:
Asana, Pranayama, Kriyas, Mythology, Philosophy, Yoga History, Anatomy, Subtle Body Anatomy, Yoga History, Methodology, Mantra and Meditation.

Yin Teacher Training
This training will offer the tools necessary to become a qualified Yin teachers, as well as deeper understanding of Yin Yoga that can be applied to teachings as well as a personal practice.
This training will include Anatomy, Daoist Philosophy, The Principles of Yin, The Physical and Emotional Benefits of Yin, Energetic Connections, Alignment as well as how to use this practice to aid or prevent injuries.
