About Me

I am a former university athlete who discovered yoga while pregnant with my first child. As a school teacher, I then began bringing students to studios in town as I saw the benefits of yoga to the students mental and physical health. I eventually decided to get trained myself so I could share with more students.

About My Service

Currently teaching yoga for beginners at the High School I work at. I teach Vinyasa style. I am about to start teaching a weekly class at a local studio
