About Me
My passions for teaching yoga are therapeutic and restorative. I also have a history in clinical aromatherapy and weave self relaxation / massage techniques into my classes before savasana. Ive studied other modalaties such as reflexology and oriental analysis. When not teaching yoga I am busy with my family and small children.
