About Me

I love Yoga and I am very happy to be teaching.
Sharing knowledge is a pleasure and adapting to different person, morphology and experience is a very interesting journey for me.
I want my student to develop their own practice, as well as I like to have them in class when they observe, listen and learn more about themselves and the practice.
This adventure has just started, but I know that it will be a long and nourishing one :)
