About Me
Learned Yoga by being my mom's partner for prenatal yoga videos. I would say I was practicing for 5 years in total (many years off and on). Was in a car accident in 2012, which stopped my practice for a bit, but since 2015, I've had a steady daily practice. Sept. 2017 was when I started Teacher's Training course and completed it June 2018.
