About Me
In my second year of nursing school I felt a desire to pursue my yoga education. Feeling the weight of my studies it was the perfect opportunity for me to find new techniques to care for myself and others. I love sharing yoga with others and making it accessible for everyone. I like to bring gentle movement, mindfulness, stability and honouring your ever changing body, into yoga practice. I have a desire to continue to grow my yoga practice, and continually seek and am open to learning more about the practice of yoga and safe movement.
