About Me

I discovered yoga's magical ability to alleviate stress and help achieve personal balance after the birth of my son in 1997. Since becoming a yoga instructor in 2015, I have enjoyed guiding others in their own personal quests to find relaxation and optimal health through physical movement and meditation. I am also an RN and work at the Wilfrid Laurier University Student Wellness Centre.
