About Me
A certified yoga teacher, I bring twenty five years of my personal practice in to my teachings.
Using breath awareness, I guide my students through their yoga and meditation practice. Each individual on each day is different, and this is the focus of my teaching. Combining the benefits of the yoga asanas, with the yogic philosophy, to provide each person the ability to feel energized and refreshed. I have taught, small and large groups of individuals, in Toronto, Vienna and Costa Rica. The groups were varied from newcomers to advanced students. In Costa Rica, where I was teaching at a resort, the participants varied, from advanced practitioners, to newcomers to the yoga practice. Where I also learned that language is never a barrier when you teach from the heart.
