About Me

I am a 52 year old woman, with 2 children and 1 grandchild. I have practiced yoga for over 30 years. I have partaken in Hatha yoga, Iyengar yoga, ashtanga yoga and Arkaya yoga. Along with yoga the Arkaya system has a spiritual connection and is a healing modality. I am so strongly pulled to Arkaya yoga that I have a desire to teach and enrolled in a teacher training program which began in July 2017.

About My Service

I will be teaching an Arkaya Foundation level 1 yoga class. Its purpose is to enable the realignment and integration of Body, Emotion and Mind with one's highest potential, as well as, to tune into effortless effort. This is all achieved through breath work, rhythmic movements and postures, (gentle jathis, kriyas and asanas).
