About Me

I am an east coast girl living in Northern Manitoba with my husband where we are both math teachers. I was able to deepen my practice in Flin Flon training at Flin Flon Yoga and Aurora School of Yoga and Wellness. I spend a lot of time staying active, taking in live music, cooking vegan food and snuggling with our fur babies.
