About Me

I am passionate about yoga, both its spiritual and physical aspects. I have been practicing yoga since I was a teenager and am a serious practitioner since the past 7 years.

I have undergone two 200 hour teacher certification, one with Yoga Alliance and another with Yoga Alliance International, an Indian certification body. I have also had the opportunity to study ashtanga yoga from Shri Pattabhi Jois's grand daughter Sharmila Mahesh

I recently moved to Canada in 2016 and would love to begin teaching here.
