About Me

I am a 13th generation third level attuned Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master. Certified Paddle Canada Certified instructor in SUP yoga and Basic paddling skills. I am the owner of a newborn business South Shore SUP, Surf and Yoga in Sylvan Lake Alberta. I am an outdoor enthusist. Yoga and SUP are my passion and I bring the two together in a most harmonious classroom, in the summer months... the water. Private Yoga, SUP yoga and SUP classes, tours are offered.
